Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations or date changes must be received to Hawk via email ([email protected]) at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled event. All cancellations made prior to 2 weeks will be subject to an administrative fee of $50 per camp entry and $25 per race entry.  Date changes are accepted for future dates within the same calendar year at no fee.

Any cancellations or changes needed less than 2 weeks (14 days) of the scheduled event are subject to NO refund and NO changes to future dates.

HMMC is a rain or shine event, no event will be cancelled due to weather.
