HMMC Kids Camp

Bike: 50cc-150cc (rental bikes available on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Hawk directly at 530-567-4004 to inquire as bikes are limited)
Age: Open (Participant MUST be able to ride a bicycle without training wheels)

Description:
The HMMC beginner/intermediate kid’s camp is designed for kids who have never ridden a motorcycle to kids who have moderate (greater than 1 year) riding experience.

In THREE full hours, HMMC Owner/Coach Hawk Mazzotta and Instructors will cover a spectrum of bike mechanics, parts and safety on top of full instruction on how to ride, improve and maintain skills, techniques, and ultimately, safe controlled motorcycle riding.

Wildheart Ranch (Home of HMMC) offers a variety of dirt track riding options, from flat track, TT tracks, obstacle courses, off road terrain (creek), and optional roller/jumps. Our goal is improving your child’s riding abilities with safety as our #1 concern while helping them achieve their goals of improving riding performance. We are an instructional camp with training drills on and off the motorcycles and making motorcycle riding fun for all ages and skill levels!

Participant REQUIREMENTS:

  • motorcycle helmet (SNELL approved)
  • goggles
  • gloves
  • long sleeve shirts/long pants
  • boots that cover the ankle
  • bike (50cc-150cc)

IMPORTANT: All participants with their own motorcycles/equipment MUST arrive in safe working order with a full tank of gas. HMMC DOES NOT provide mechanics, parts or fuel.

HMMC is insured by AMA. All participants must be members. Event only and year memberships are available for $20-$49 depending on age. Day of registration is available.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations or date changes must be received to Hawk via email (info@hawkmazzottamotocamp.com) at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled event. All cancellations made prior to 2 weeks will be subject to an administrative fee of $50 per camp entry and $25 per race entry.  Date changes are accepted for future dates within the same calendar year at no fee.

Any cancellations or changes needed less than 2 weeks (14 days) of the scheduled event are subject to NO refund and NO changes to future dates.

HMMC is a rain or shine event, no event will be cancelled due to weather.

Wildheart Ranch Policy

HMMC is working hard to continue to bring these rad events to kids and families alike.  Recently, we have received complaints from neighbors regarding the speed of vehicles on Eighmy Road.  Please RESPECT our neighborhood and drive slow and be aware.  There is a strict 25mph speed limit.  Anyone found to be disrespecting this or causing issues for neighbors will be asked to leave and not return to future events.  It only takes one person to ruin it for everyone, please don’t be that person.
AMA Policy
All HMMC Participants must be an AMA Member.  All HMMC events are AMA Sanctioned and we expect all participants, their families and friends to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by AMA.  Anyone found not abiding by the rules will be asked to leave and not return to future events.
